Our Returns Promise
We want you to love every piece from CloudSpun Cashmere. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.
Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if they are:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Personalised or bespoke items (embroidered, custom colour, etc.)
- Items marked as final sale
How to Return
- Email us at the address in our footer with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a prepaid return label by email within 1 working day.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest collection point.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or colour, please request an exchange when you contact us. Subject to availability, we will dispatch the replacement once we receive your return. If the desired item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any delivery costs, as quickly as possible.
International Returns
For international orders, please contact us before returning. We will advise on the best return method for your location. Customs duties and taxes on returned items are not refundable by us.
