When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods. We will send you an order confirmation email; however, a binding contract is only formed when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch notification.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept payment via PayPal, Razorpay, and Cashfree. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice. The price charged is always the price displayed at the time you complete your order.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs processes.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes upon full payment.

5. Personalised & Custom Orders

Personalised and bespoke items are made to your specification and cannot be returned unless faulty. Please review your personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.
